Rebounding

This exercise used to be called jumping on a trampoline.  But rebounding does sound better, doesn't it?

The major advantage of rebounding is that it lowers the jolting stress on the joints that you get with running.  It's also fun and improves balance, which is important as we get older.

The claims about rebounding are exploding.  Some people say it helps remove toxins by getting the lymph flowing optimally.  Some say you can get a great workout in about half the time.

Personally, I don't buy a lot of those claims, but that doesn't mean it's not really good for you.  The fact is, you can get a great workout with rebounding.  And you can easily adapt any rebounding program to go well with the HRH Program.

This link is for the Urban Rebounding program.  To do it with the HRH Program, just do the exercises they recommend at the heart rates I prescribe in the book.  Click on the picture to the left to learn more.
