Relaxation
Series Continued
So, I hope all of my
American readers had a great Thanksgiving. I
also hope you weren’t one of the ones I saw on
TV who was nearly trampled to death trying to
get their hands on a “killer” holiday special at
Wal-Mart. Talk about needing a little
relaxation! Yikes.
I heard from a few of you that you had ordered
the demo CD from Centerpointe. Good for you. If
not, just go to the HRH Resources page and find
the Featured Resource.
I forgot to mention that I
own the Holosync technology. But since I want to
know exactly what the HRH Program does for me, I
try not to complicate the effects with other
technologies known to enhance our lives.
Essentially, you can only be a guinea pig to one
thing at a time. But this guinea pig is itching
to get back into using Holosync and the
following technology, especially after
investigating them again for these e-mails!
This week, I’ll give you an introduction to what
I believe is the most important software to have
on your computer. I’m so excited to be able to
offer this package through the HRH Program that
I’m going to make a great deal available to you.
And that’s on top of a special holiday price
that I can make available to you.
If you are feeling any stress at all, you’ll
want to read about the Freeze Framer 2.0
Interactive Learning System. I’ll get back to
you with the deal below the introduction to
HeartMath below.
HeartMath
Freeze-Framer 2.0
Imagine you’ve
just had one of those talks with your boss.
You’re fuming, because your boss has clearly got
it wrong…again. But you’ve got a meeting with a
client in just a few minutes. Not only do you
have to put on your happy face, you’ve got to
make it believable, or you’re going to lose a
deal you really need in order to avoid, well,
another one of those talks with your boss.
What should you do?
It turns out there are two methods. One is to
use HeartMath techniques. The other is to hope
you get lucky. Let’s find out what you would do
if you were trained with the Freeze Framer
Interactive Learning System from Heartmath….
Once you leave the scene of the crime, you’ll
just go to your heart. Closing your eyes, you’ll
take a few deep breaths, imagining them flowing
right through your heart. You’ll focus all your
attention there, and you’ll feel the love start
to emanate through your whole body as you run
pictures of your loved ones through your head.
Then, feeling refreshed and alert, and without
even a hint of negativity in your demeanor, you
greet your client with a hearty smile and a firm
handshake. You know you’re going to get the deal
done.
You also promise yourself you’ll introduce this
method to your boss and co-workers, who are
wondering how in the heck you pulled yourself
together so fast.
But you know exactly what happened. By
generating coherence in your heart beat, you
communicated a deep sense of relaxation and
clarity to your brain and the rest of your body.
You knew that your brain and body be forced to
listen to your heart, no matter what the signals
you were receiving from your external
environment, because the field of coherence
generated by your heart was five thousand times
as strong as those thoughts of doom and dread
filling your head.
In other words, you knew the Heartmath methods
were effective, because you had trained yourself
on the Freeze Framer…
So what is this HeartMath Freeze Framer stuff?
Well, to me, it’s just about the most important
piece of software you could possibly have on
your computer, because it can make a huge
difference in your life!
In a lot of ways, HeartMath was an inspiration
for the HRH Program, as I learned about the
importance of the parasympathetic nervous system
(PNS) directly from reading their books and
research papers. (In case you haven’t been “with
me” for much time yet, the PNS is the branch of
your nervous system that promotes relaxation and
settles you down after stressful situations.
Without it fully functioning, you really are
doomed, probably from an early heart attack. So,
it’s important!)
Yes, I had heard of the PNS before, but after I
read about HeartMath, I was on the lookout for
it everywhere. And it turns out that the
importance of the PNS is indeed showing up
everywhere that counts in relation to health. It
is being studied in relation to heart health,
depression, diabetes, and a whole host of other
modern killers.
The Freeze Framer specifically helps you
understand and, more importantly, control the
activity of the PNS through feedback training.
The activity of the PNS can be measured through
heart rate variability (HRV). When HRV is good
and coherent, your heart, nervous system, and
brain will be operating at peak efficiency and
power.
With the Freeze Framer, in conjunction with
HeartMath techniques, the HRV is measured for
coherence using a simple but accurate pulse
monitor that you slip on your finger or clip on
your ear. The software that links with the pulse
monitor gives you gentle feedback that tells you
whether you’re on the right track. Over time,
you learn how it feels to have coherent heart
rhythms, and you can get more deeply into them
with the training and achieve them faster. With
enough practice, you can generate this coherent
state at will, no matter the circumstance.
When you do, you’ll discover all sorts of
benefits. HeartMath techniques are used in
hospital settings to help nurses cope with their
duties. Students are using them to achieve
better scores on tests. Cops are even installing
the Freeze Framer into their cruisers to help
them recover after stressful calls…
Great Holiday
Special!
OK, that’s
enough for now, but I could go on forever about
HeartMath. And I probably will be back to you
often in the newsletter and on the web site with
new information about the important work they
are conducting through their non-profit research
arm. But if you want to have the Freeze Framer
right away, let me get you in on a great deal
for the holidays.
For a limited time, I can make the Freeze Framer
2.0 available to HRH Program Newsletter
subscribers for just $275, which is $20 off the
regular price. But I want to sweeten the deal a
little more. I hope you don’t mind.
So, again for a limited time, I’m going to throw
in the HRH Program e-book and bonuses--which
normally costs $29.95 and comes with nearly $100
in bonuses—for free. I’m convinced that the HRH
Program and the Freeze Framer together will
boost all areas of your health beyond your
wildest dreams. (If you already have the HRH
Program, I’ll credit your account with $30 off
the next e-product I come out with.)
And with the Freeze Framer, just like the HRH
Program, you’ll get a no-risk 30-day money back
guarantee. So, buying the Freeze Framer through
me, you’ll get the following, all with free
shipping, by the way:
• Freeze-Framer 2.0 Software
• Quick Start Guide Booklet
• In-depth computer-based tutorial
• USB Sensor Pod (Interface Device)
• USB Finger Tip Pulse Sensor (an optional Ear
Sensor can be purchased separately which you can
switch with the finger sensor).
• USB 6 foot Extension Cable

..and, included

Resources.
• Free HRH Program updates.
• The customized HRH Program Workout

• and of course this fabulous HRH Program
Newlsetter!
Alright, that’s
the best I can do. And I promise that I won’t be
able to offer this type of deal for long. I’ll
try to keep it up through the holidays. But
don’t miss out, because you’ll want to have this
tool available to help you recover from all the
stress of the holidays.
To get the Freeze Framer and the HRH Program
together, you have to buy through the following
link on the HRH Program web site:
www.heartratehealth.com/resources/heartmath-sale.shtml.
Or, if you want
to see a little more about the software, you can
go this page first:

I’ll see you
there, or I’ll catch you next week with the last
