Frequently Asked Questions

Will this work for me if I'm a middle-aged woman instead of a 34-year-old guy?
Yes. It seems like it works even better for my clients in that category than it does for me! It likely has to do with the positive hormonal effect of exercising with the HRH Program, but I can't say for sure. That doesn't seem fair to me, since I invented the darn thing, but it might seem OK to you.

Do I have to spend lots of money on supplements with the HRH Program?
No. You don’t have to spend a dime on supplements if you don’t want to. The HRH Program is designed to be simple and low-cost, yet highly effective.

A lot of weight loss plans count on you spending thousands of dollars a year on their supplements and meal replacement formulas.

While I do think a high quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplement is a good insurance policy, I’ll make a few suggestions and leave it up to you.

Why can’t I lose the weight faster than 2 pounds per week?
Well, you can lose seven pounds a week if you really set your mind to it—but it won’t be just fat.

I don’t want you losing muscle, bone, and organ tissue. With this program, you’ll just lose fat.

Why can’t I buy a hard-bound HRH Program book at the store?
I chose the e-book format because I wanted to tell you the truth—not what publishers decided would sell books.

Plus, I’m giving you a lot of extra electronic resources that you can just load into your computer and start using immediately. I couldn’t do that with another format.

Additionally, most health books are outdated by the time they hit the shelves. With an e-book, I can always update you with new information.

And finally, if you don’t like it, I want you to return it to me for a full refund for up to a year. Try that at your bookstore.

Do I have to memorize a lot of complicated routines with the HRH Program?
Absolutely not. You just get your heart rate up to a certain point. Then keep going. Then go slower. Then stop, and repeat tomorrow. Sound easy enough to you?

Do I have to count calories or seriously restrict myself on what I eat?
Not at all. Some programs can take over your life with the restrictions, the endless grocery shopping for exotic ingredients, and the weighing and measuring of food—and all you end up with is a tiny portion of stuff you probably won’t like anyway.

The HRH Program is designed to fit in with your lifestyle—not invade it and take it over. You’ll probably spend less time worrying about your food choices with the HRH Program than you do now.

Where are all the “before and after” pictures?
Sorry, I’m not into that because I think they’re terribly deceptive.

Say you take a picture of someone all slumped over with their belly sticking out. Then you take a picture of that same person standing up straight one minute later.

The transformation will look amazing on film. However, I doubt they lost 20 pounds in that timespan.

Will it be hard to return if I change my mind (and want to go with a less effective program)?
Nope. I’ll give you your money back no questions asked.

If you’d like, though, you can certainly tell me a reason for returning it. It will help me make the information more effective for others.
